The P3 Awards widely recognized as the industry's top honor

Brailsford & Dunlavey is excited to congratulate Western Kentucky University (WKU) for their recognition as a finalist for Best Financial Structure at the P3 Bulletin’s 2026 P3 Awards.

The recognition highlights the innovative financing approach behind Elevate WKU, a landmark student housing public-private partnership that will modernize and elevate WKU’s residential portfolio. The deal will provide a roadmap for institutions seeking to address aging infrastructure while preserving affordability, maintaining institutional control over the student experience, and protecting the balance sheet.
