Across Northern Virginia, two public-sector clients are preparing to turn long-term priorities into meaningful community investments. From advancing real estate and redevelopment opportunities to delivering critical improvements across three public schools, the Town of Herndon and City of Fairfax Schools have selected B&D to help move their distinct visions from planning to action.
As the Town of Herndon advances its 2050 Comprehensive Plan and economic development strategy, it is preparing to turn long-term priorities into actionable real estate and redevelopment opportunities. B&D, in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, will serve as the Town’s on-call real estate advisor, providing the strategy, analysis and transaction support needed to move opportunities forward while preserving Herndon’s distinctive community character.
City of Fairfax Schools is moving forward with renovations and expansions at Providence and Daniels Run elementary schools, along with a roof replacement at Fairfax High School. B&D will provide owner’s representation across all three projects, guiding them from planning through closeout while protecting budgets, schedules, student safety and ongoing school operations.
While the assignments call for different expertise, both reflect a shared commitment to making thoughtful investments that strengthen their communities for the future. B&D is proud to welcome the Town of Herndon and City of Fairfax Schools to our family of clients and help each move forward with clarity, confidence and momentum.
