KNOXVILLE, TN – The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, has released a request for proposals (RFP) for its student housing P3 project.
Under the plans, private partners will deliver a minimum of 1,200 semi-suite beds across two sites as part of its Campus Core Project to overhaul its accommodation offering.
Furthermore, the project could also feature a third site, adding another 750-units to the project.
The project will be delivered under a design, build, finance, operate and maintain contract.
Brailsford & Dunlavey are advising the authority.
