Ms. West is an assistant project manager in Brailsford & Dunlavey’s Washington, DC office. Prior to joining B&D, Ms. West worked 6 years in Maryland as a construction manager and general contractor. Working in Maryland, Crystal delivered projects with Maryland Aviation Administration, Morgan State University, and more.
