Owner's Representation
Sebastopol Union School District is implementing a $30 million bond program to modernize its educational facilities, including renovations to Park Side’s administrative offices, a temporary portable classroom village at Brook Haven, and a new early childhood education complex.
As Owner’s Representative, B&D provides construction administration, financial reporting, quality assurance and controls review, design assistance, and stakeholder coordination. B&D also serves as a liaison among district leadership, project participants, and local and state agencies to support the coordinated delivery of improvements across multiple campuses.
The Brook Haven portable classroom village was completed in June 2026, followed by the Park Side office renovation in September 2026. The planned 21,000-square-foot early childhood education complex will include five new buildings, associated site improvements, and a potential renovation of the existing multipurpose room. The project has been submitted to the Division of the State Architect for review, with construction anticipated to begin in March 2027.
