Ms. Brown is a project manager with Brailsford & Dunlavey, currently supporting the implementation of the DCHA program in B&D’s Washington, D.C. office.

Prior to joining B&D, Ms. Brown managed multiple capital improvement projects for Frederick County Government’s Division of Public Works. Before working in the public sector, she spent six years in general contracting, where she gained valuable experience in day-to-day operations on large-scale construction projects.

Ms. Brown earned her bachelor’s degree in construction management from Morgan State University and her master’s degree in construction management technology from Purdue University.
