The housing deal to add 2,700 beds to the university's Oxford campus

The Board of Trustees at the University of Mississippi has approved a new deal to add 2,700 beds that will be ready for move-in by 2027.

In an article published by The P3 Bulletin, the deal will advance the university’s partnership with Greystar, a student accommodation specialist. Brailsford & Dunlavey is advising the university on the deal.
