Mrs. Rosenberg was chosen as the firm’s first director of learning & development, with responsibility for assessing and identifying the firm’s learning and development needs and then effectively implementing high-impact, sustainable learning and development programs. She first joined B&D in 2017 as a content strategist. In that role she launched and oversaw the Higher Ed P3 Resource Center; led programs like external newsletters, feature articles, and social media; and developed firm-wide training modules. She delivered similar outcomes in her previous position, directing content development and training materials at a marketing communications firm specializing in the building industry.
Prior to her time in the content space, Mrs. Rosenberg was a college professor. Over the course of 8 years, she developed and taught more than 50 courses, working with more than 1,000 students. She enjoyed helping each person advance to the next level in their education and skill.
A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (BS) and the University of Michigan (MFA), Mrs. Rosenberg has won numerous teaching and curriculum development awards, and has published two books.
