The following article is reprinted with permission from P3 Bulletin:

The Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) has released a request for proposals (RFP) for a student housing regeneration P3.

Private partners are being sought to provide 500-550 semi-suite or pod-style beds by summer 2027 to increase housing density and to optimize the project site’s unused acreage for other strategic projects The project will be delivered through a design, build, finance, operate, and maintain P3.

Brailsford & Dunlavey is advising the university on the deal.
