Mr. Quadrino is a director with B&D where he focuses on owner representation for K-12 and higher education clients. As a believer in methodical, data-driven decision-making, he ensures that clients meet their goals by developing a clear project plan before execution, thus ensuring resources are preserved for a disciplined navigation of project issues. Prior to B&D, Mr. Quadrino worked for general contractors where he developed a keen understanding of project risk assessment and the important effect of design and planning on the construction process. He has worked on over $300 million in projects ranging across the university housing, K-12 education, university athletics, libraries, office space, multi-family residential, and senior living markets.
