P3 Bulletin: B&D Advises the University of South Florida on Mixed-Use District P3

“The University of South Florida has released a request for qualifications (RFQ) on a mixed-use district P3.

Private partners will redevelop the university’s former golf course into a “vibrant” mixed-use district featuring academic facilities, housing, hospitality, green and recreational spaces.

Cushman & Wakefield and Brailsford & Dunlavey are advising the authority.”
