B&D’s Energy & Sustainability Team Helps Lead Climate Action Planning Efforts at the University of Nevada Las Vegas

B&D sustainability advisor Jillian Buckholz, a member of the firm’s Energy & Sustainability team, joined UNLV leadership to publicly launch the campus’ greenhouse gas emissions reduction strategy. The product of this partnership is the “Rebel” climate action plan (CAP): an initiative intent on making UNLV carbon neutral by 2057. So far, the school’s CAP-focused team has hosted B&D representatives for a number of site visits, in which they have implemented new systems to track greenhouse gas output.
