Ms. Hands is the human resources manager at Brailsford & Dunlavey’s DC office. Joy has been practicing human resources for over 7 years in areas including benefits, recruiting, coaching/mentoring, and training. Prior to joining B&D, she worked for a diversified media company and leading provider of local sports and news, where she led annual enrollments, managed multiple vendor relationships, and worked as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. In addition, she worked as a recruiter at a network for higher education colleges and universities focusing on online education.
