Victoria is an associate in B&D’s Southern California office supporting the firm’s higher education practice. She leverages her experience in both the public and private sectors across urban planning and economic development to contribute to complex campus projects.
Prior to joining B&D, Victoria worked as a Senior Project Manager for Empire State Development (ESD), New York state’s economic development authority, where she originated and negotiated projects to attract, retain, and expand businesses in New York City. Her work also included facilitation of the state’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative and the Workforce Development Initiative. Previously, she worked for Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in their New York City environmental planning group, analyzing environmental impacts under City and State Environmental Quality Review (CEQR/SEQRA). Victoria has received a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Certificate in Environmental Studies from Princeton University, as well as a Master of Urban Planning from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service.
