Paige Siegel supports B&D’s Higher Education practice as a director in Austin, TX. Paige is one of B&D’s primary subject experts specializing in complex real estate solutions for on-campus development and campus-edge projects. She leverages her expertise in multi-asset demand and best-use analysis, the structuring of public-private partnerships, advanced project financing mechanisms, and real-estate process management to help her clients achieve their visions.

Paige holds a Master’s in Urban Planning and a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Michigan, and a BS in Sustainable Business from Aquinas College. Prior to joining B&D in 2017, Paige was an urban planner for the Downtown Detroit Partnership and a development associate at the Larson Realty Group.
