The University of Tennessee has released a request for proposals (RFP) on a childcare development facility.
Under the plans, private partners are being sought to deliver a new indoor and outdoor center to accommodate 150 children on its Knoxville site.
The partner will design, build, finance, operate, and maintain the center under a P3.
Responses are due on January 23, 2026.
Brailsford & Dunlavey is advising on the deal.
