Douglass “Brance” Waggoman is a senior project manager in B&D’s DC office supporting collegiate implementation projects. Before joining B&D, Brance served in the U.S. Army as an engineer officer. His Army experience includes tactical deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq and time as a project manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. With the Corps of Engineers, he gained experience managing projects through planning, design, and construction on Army installations in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Brance brings to the B&D team proven experience in leading technical teams to achieve lasting results around the world and in complex environments.

Brance graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri Science and Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
