Ms. Thompson is the human resources coordinator at Brailsford & Dunlavey’s DC office. She has been in the human resources field for over 8 years in areas including employee relations and engagement, benefits, payroll, HRIS management, policy development, and administrative functions. Prior to joining B&D, she worked for a nonprofit building out a team during organization expansion focusing on employee wellbeing and learning.
