Ms. Schoenfeld supports the Higher Education and Municipal practice groups as senior analyst in B&D’s Washington, DC office. She brings cross-sector experience in urban planning, real estate consulting, community and economic development, public policy, and community engagement. Prior to joining B&D, she supported the District of Columbia’s economic development efforts as Research Analyst at the Washington DC Economic Partnership; interned in the Real Estate Services division of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation; worked as Community Liaison and Scheduler for New York State Assembly District 74; and specialized in resilience planning as Research Analyst and Executive Assistant at HR&A Advisors. She earned her master’s degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design and graduated from Harvard College with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and secondary field in Spanish.
