Ms. Phillips is a project manager in B&D’s Washington, D.C. office where she works on implementation services for K-12, municipal, and venue projects.

Prior to working at B&D, she was a project architect in Wales, UK. Ms. Phillips has worked for several architectural and landscape architecture firms in the UK and has over 8 years of experience in professional practice. She has worked across all project work stages and has successfully navigated various sectors including high-quality residential developments for private clients, medium to large-scale affordable residential projects for housing associations and public authorities, landscape and public realm developments, commercial ventures, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions.
