Mrs. Mitchell serves as B&D’s designated talent acquisition manager in the human resources department. She brings over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting. She is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and creating a pipeline of highly talented employees to support the overall success of B&D. Prior to B&D, she worked as a talent manager for a highly respected and industry-leading specialized talent solutions firm. Danielle brings substantial knowledge in recruiting best practices and strategies.  Danielle graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a concentration in human resources and minor in Government and Foreign Affairs from Walsh University.
