Isabella McGillycuddy is a senior analyst in the higher education sphere in the Southeast. She started her engagement with B&D as a project intern in 2022. She uses her research background to develop outcome-driven strategies for clients across Florida.

Before joining the firm, Ms. McGillycuddy was a consultant for the FSU Consulting Group, designing growth strategies, competitor analyses, and financial assessments for real estate clients.

Ms. McGillycuddy worked as a research assistant at the Evolutionary Psychology Lab at Florida State University. Her research focused on examining in vs. out-group bias, attraction, and individual planning horizons.
