Project Manager

Mr. Harris serves as the project manager for B&D’s Northern California office, where he provides advisory support to the Monterey Peninsula Community College Bond Program. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Mr. Harris has developed a deep understanding of several building trades, including carpentry, electrical systems, and hazardous materials handling.

His expertise in cost management and ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges has been instrumental in keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Known for his leadership and reliability, Mr. Harris is frequently sought after by school district officials to perform, supervise, and manage a wide range of construction initiatives.
