Mr. Garganio serves as a senior project manager in B&D’s Washington, DC office. Sean comes to B&D with over 8 years of project management experience. Most recently he was a project manager at Gilbane Building Co. where he worked on the healthcare team. His many projects included working at active hospital sites such as INOVA, Children’s National Hospital, George Washington University Hospital, etc. Prior to Gilbane Building Co., Sean worked with MCN Build as an assistant project manager on DCPS projects, DCPL projects, Tenant Fit Out and Charter Schools within Washington DC.  His project management experience includes management in pre-construction through Design-Build, estimating, contract procurement, subcontract awards, job financials, budget management, scheduling, quality control, job financials, on-site coordination, field operations, daily reporting, closeout reporting, commissioning, etc. Mr. Garganio graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering, and passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE).
