Ms. Eaves manages the execution of Oakland Unified School District’s Facilities and Planning Management Department’s internal and external communication and public engagement strategy efforts. Before joining Brailsford and Dunlavey, Ms. Eaves held positions within the nonprofit, local government, and real estate management sectors, where she led efforts in media, content development, digital strategy, brand application, and public event facilitation efforts.

Ms. Eaves earned her bachelor’s in communications from the University of California, Davis, and a master’s degree in communication management with an emphasis on social impact from the University of Southern California.
