Ben Diamond is an operations analyst for the higher education sphere, focusing on process optimization and data-driven strategies.  He previously served as a project analyst in the Mid-Atlantic for two years working with higher education clients. Mr. Diamond first joined B&D as a project intern from 2013 to 2014.

Before returning to B&D, Mr. Diamond worked as a program administrator at a nonprofit, where he developed and implemented a free community tax program. He also served as a scheduling director for the New York Assembly, gaining valuable experience in legislative operations.

Mr. Diamond earned his B.A. from CUNY Baruch in 2015 and completed his master’s in business administration at the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2022.
