Ms. Connelly leads and supports comprehensive communications, public events, branding, public relations, and community engagement strategies for the 21st Century School Buildings Program in Baltimore. With a deep-rooted connection to the program from her previous tenure with B&D between 2017 and 2019, Ms. Connelly brings a wealth of experience and a passion for the mission. As part of the CPE team, she also supports communications and public engagement work with other clients.

Outside of her work with B&D, Ms. Connelly’s recent professional experience includes impactful roles at a Baltimore nonprofit dedicated to adult literacy, where she led marketing and contributed to development, and a specialty insurance company, where she managed events and provided marketing support across the firm. Previously, Ms. Connelly also held various teaching roles, including high school Photography and Art/Art History. She holds a B.A. in Art History from New York University.
