B&D’s Brad Noyes Shares Higher Ed P3 Industry Findings at Keynote Presentation

Brailsford & Dunlavey executive vice president Brad Noyes recently spoke at the 2023 P3 Higher Education Summit, where he highlighted key findings from Brailsford & Dunlavey’s 2023 Higher Education Public-Private Partnerships State of the Industry Report. While the number of housing P3s, as well as the average deal size, was down in 2022, Noyes remains optimistic about the future of the industry.
