B&D Partners with Appalachian State University for Housing P3

Brailsford & Dunlavey is advising the Appalachian State University as they forge a public-private partnership for their new student housing project. This initiative, which holds an expected opening date of Fall 2026, will add living spaces both on-and-off the ASU campus, while also developing new parking areas and student support facilities.
