B&D Advises the University of Akron on Housing P3

The University of Akron, Ohio, has released a request for qualifications (RFQ) for new on-campus housing assets through a P3.

For the housing project, private partners will identify and deliver a sustainable plan to renew its housing offering and deliver new housing projects.

The project will be delivered through a design, build, finance, operate and maintain contract.

Brailsford & Dunlavey and RMF Engineering are advising the university on the deal.
