Brailsford & Dunlavey strengthens parking and transportation advisory capabilities

Firm welcomes industry leader Eric Haggett to support expanded capabilities

Washington, DC, Wednesday, February 26, 2026 — Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), a national leader in development advisory and program management, today announced the formalization and expansion of its Parking & Transportation advisory capabilities. Eric Haggett has joined the firm as Director of Parking & Transportation to help lead and grow this area of expertise.

Since its founding in 1993, B&D has continuously evolved its capabilities to meet changing client needs. Parking and transportation strategy has long been integrated into the firm’s advisory work across higher education, healthcare, municipal, sports, and mixed-use developments. With increasing demand for comprehensive mobility planning and financial modeling, B&D is strengthening and formalizing this expertise as a defined practice area.

Following its recently announced merger with Project Management Advisors (PMA), the firm continues to broaden its national platform and deepen its technical expertise. The expansion of Parking & Transportation capabilities reflects this momentum, positioning B&D to more intentionally support institutions, hospitals, sports organizations, and governments facing complex mobility, financial, operational, and policy decisions with integrated strategies that enhance access and long-term value.

“Eric brings exactly the expertise our clients need right now,” said B&D President Jeffrey Turner. “He understands that parking and transportation decisions are not just infrastructure choices. They are also about financial stewardship, sustainability, and creating systems that truly serve communities. His depth of experience and thoughtful approach strengthen an area where we’ve already been advising clients and position us for continued growth.”

Haggett joins B&D with nearly 20 years of industry experience. Most recently, he served as Director of Planning in Walker’s downtown Chicago office, where he specialized in parking system financial modeling, operations, planning, and management consulting for public and private clients. His work included developing long-term financial models and strategic plans for municipalities, hospitals, airports, event venues, hotels, and mixed-use developments. Haggett has led planning studies, shared-use analyses, zoning evaluations, parking rate and fee development, residential permit program assessments, and organizational reviews of parking systems. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Ohio University and is a LEED Green Associate and Parksmart Advisor.

“I’m excited to join B&D at a time when organizations are rethinking how parking and transportation support their broader missions,” said Haggett. “The most effective solutions balance financial performance, operational efficiency, sustainability, and user experience. I look forward to helping clients develop forward-looking strategies that are both practical and transformative.”
