Ms. Maswanganye serves as B&D’s IT operations manager in the firm’s IT department. Her career began in a help desk administrative role, resulting in national help desk technician status, where she served on a Change Advisory Board, representing the end-user community. Promise has spent the last few years growing her skill set in development work by understanding end-user needs and refining her ability to advise and assist with technical needs throughout both B&D and CENTERS. Her project work has included the creation and management of our intranet websites, our public-facing P3 resource center, and the creation of several automation tools supporting quick and efficient onboarding and termination processes.
