Ms. Edwards is a senior associate in B&D’s Washington, D.C. office, where she works on planning services for public and private colleges and universities, including but not limited to market studies, financial analyses, and campus master planning. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University, where she graduated with honors.

Prior to joining B&D, Caroline served as a consultant at Capital Construction Consultants, Inc., a construction scheduling and litigation support firm also located in Washington, D.C. Her responsibilities included evaluating and preparing claims, performing delay and schedule analyses, and developing expert reports and demonstrative exhibits for use in mediation, litigation, and other dispute resolution settings on behalf of public and private owners, government agencies, law firms, and contractors.

Caroline brings a technical background and knowledge base to the B&D team, coupled with experience in project monitoring and conflict management across a variety of job types and construction methods.
