Mandy Albrecht serves as General Counsel at Brailsford & Dunlavey, bringing more than two decades of experience spanning law, construction management, and higher education leadership. As the firm’s General Counsel, she leads B&D’s approach to legal, risk, and governance matters, developing frameworks and processes that support sound decision-making and the firm’s continued growth. Mandy began her career in construction project management before practicing as a construction litigation attorney and later transitioning to higher education, where she held faculty and senior leadership roles, including serving as a college dean. Her multidisciplinary background and collaborative leadership style enable her to navigate complex issues, manage risk, and provide strategic guidance across the organization.
