Ms. Brangman is a portfolio leader in B&D’s Washington, DC office. She possesses over 18 years of combined construction and architectural experience, including The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, and Marshall Moya Design. She has accrued expertise on new construction and renovation projects in the public and private sectors, including K12, residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings.
Key experience includes:
- Leading B&D’s program management team overseeing a $4+ billion effort to modernize Washington, DC’s public schools
- Prince George’s County Public Schools program development partner procurement and design technical advisory support of the country’s first large-scale K12 P3
- Owner’s representative and project management services for projects up to and over 300,000 square feet and $120m for multiple clients and school districts in the DC metro area.
