B&D’s Steve Mangan Speaks on Panel About Gen Z and Convenience in the Foodservice Industry

Brailsford & Dunlavey senior consultant Steve Mangan was recently featured on a panel at MenuDirections to discuss the correlation between convenience and Gen Z diners. Highlighting ‘smart vending’ as an example of convenience being improved by technology, he stressed the importance of managing these and other technology systems.
