University of Wisconsin-Superior seeks developers for mixed-use partnership

August 23, 2022

SUPERIOR, WI – The University of Wisconsin-Superior is seeking views from project developers or master developers about the potential to become its mixed-use development partner to deliver two schemes under one contract based on the northern and southern areas of its campus.

On the north side of campus, the project will involve an eight acre site and includes a regional indoor turf facility and the potential for 200+ beds of new student housing. The project at this site could include market-rate housing, retail, conference facilities and hotel, or other commercial developments.

Development advisory firm Brailsford & Dunlavey is working with UW-S and the University of Wisconsin System on the scheme.
