University Center Program Review And Design Review

B&D was hired by Performa Architects in 1999 to serve as a design consultant to review the program and preliminary design for a new university center at St. Ambrose University. The purpose of this project was to create a campus hub for the university population so that students, faculty, staff, and alumni would have a centralized place to congregate. The 64,000 square foot, $10.75 million Rogalski Center opened in 2002 with various programmatic elements including: recreation facilities, a food court, a game room, student organization offices, a career center, lounge space, health services, a post office, and a ballroom.
