Student Union Market Study And Programming

When Ball State needed a market analysis from which to develop a program for a new student center, B&D was asked to provide it. Our work included a review of the university’s existing materials and documents, focus groups, a Web-based survey, interviews, and a site capacity analysis. In addition, we produced a financial plan and developed detailed outline programs. Upon completion of the study we recommended that Ball State move forward with the proposed new student center, since it would allow 100% utilization of the existing center for other purposes and having two separate building would not duplicate staffing efforts.
