Student Health And Wellness Center Business Planning And Financial Analysis

As an important part of the preparations for opening its Student Health & Wellness Center, Alabama A&M University wanted a business plan to spell out the financial impact of its operations, staffing, and programming, and a pro forma to identify potential revenue sources that could offset costs and increase service levels. B&D developed an operating budget, including an organizational and staffing plan. We also identified revenue-generating opportunities and put together marketing and membership plans. All of this was done with an emphasis on pragmatism and ease of implementation. The Center opened in March of 2010.
