Housing Financial Analysis

Raymond C. Brophy, Inc. (RCB) wished to undertake the development of a new apartment building to be located on 14th Street, NW, in Washington, DC. As a result, RCB retained B&D in 1999 to develop a detailed financial model that would incorporate independent cost analysis to enable the testing of various rental rates and appropriate unit-type configurations. We provided RCB with the optimum architectural program for development options relative to the financial performance of the configurations studied.
