Senior Consultant

Mr. Harris has served as a student housing professional for more than 40 years, advising universities and foundations nationwide on housing-related issues concerning privatization, finance, financial analysis, development and management. He has been involved in the successful development of more than 30,000 beds of student housing. He also possesses broad experience working with universities across the country in public-private partnerships for the development of major on-campus housing facilities financed both with tax-exempt bonds and private equity investment. His professional experience includes serving as the former president of Allen & O'Hara Development Co., Inc., the student housing development subsidiary of EdR, and senior vice president of development of the parent company, REIT.
