Mr. Henderson has brought over 20 years of real estate development and general contracting experience to Brailsford & Dunlavey. As lead developer of a $250 million multifamily bond offering, he successfully managed all aspects of the development process from market analysis to coordination of an in-house property management division. His contracting portfolio includes extensive secondary and post-secondary education projects including new school construction, systemic renovation programs, and design/build delivery of research and student housing facilities. His portfolio in B&D’s Washington, DC Public Schools program includes stabilization efforts, special projects, and school modernization projects. He is also the lead project manager for the firm’s Prince George’s County Public Schools staff augmentation initiative where his projects include both renovation and new school construction.
