Ms. Khatri is a LEED-accredited, PMP-certified project management professional with more than eight years of experience in design and construction management. She has established and managed projects ranging from $200,000 to $100 million. Her core competencies include project management, facility management, owner representation, procurement & contract management, scheduling, budgeting, and grant & bond management. Prior to joining B&D, she worked as a project manager for a sustainable buildings owner’s representative firm, successfully delivering several LEED projects. She also gained expertise in estimating and construction field tasks working with a general contractor, Clark Construction.
