SARAH PEARLSTEIN, LEED GREEN ASSOCIATE

Project Manager

Mrs. Pearlstein is a project manager in B&D’s Washington DC office and has been a key member of the $3.2 billion District of Columbia Public Schools modernization program management team since 2014. In that capacity she advises the District on school facility and capital improvement planning challenges, as well as managing implementation projects. She has directly managed over $120 million in PK-12 projects with the DCPS modernization program, including programming, design and construction oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and sustainability reviews. Prior to joining B&D, Mrs. Pearlstein worked on a variety of commercial construction projects for Forrester Construction as a general contractor in both a project management and a field superintendent role. She acquired expertise in the implementation of higher education facilities, public charter schools, restaurants, lab facilities, and data centers. With her field-based background, she brings a unique perspective to clients and to the projects she works on.
