Mr. Brailsford is an associate in B&D’s Washington, DC office. As an associate, he serves clients primarily in higher education providing research and analytics to support the development of new facilities including student housing, unions, and wellness and recreation. Prior to joining B&D, he received a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Miami. During his time there, he worked as a student leader in the department of wellness and recreation, as both a Fitness Leader and Facility Manager at the Patti & Allan Herbert Wellness Center. In recognition of his leadership skills and performance he received the Charlie Green award for Outstanding Student Employee. Mr. Brailsford also worked as an intern for five summers in B&D’s Washington, DC office, assisting in IT, marketing, and project work.
