PAIGE SHESTERKIN

Project Analyst

Ms. Shesterkin is a project analyst in B&D’s Austin, TX office. With experience in both private real estate development and public planning, Paige works to develop holistic solutions that provide a sense of place while maximizing utility for her clients. Previously, she served as the Urban Planning Program Manager for the Downtown Detroit Partnership where she helped develop and support public-private partnerships to create a more vibrant downtown and encourage economic development. Paige also brings prior experience from the private sector, working with Larson Realty Group and Peter Allen and Associates where she helped navigate and advise a variety of redevelopment projects.

Paige holds a Master of Urban Planning degree and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Michigan's Taubman College of Architecture & Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Business from Aquinas College. Paige draws on her enthusiasm and blend of experience in urban planning, real estate, and sustainable business to deliver well rounded and high quality work to her clients.
