Human Resources Manager

Ms. Keller joins B&D as the human resources manager in Washington, DC. In her role, she manages the administration of benefits, including compliance requirements. Ms. Keller recruits and selects qualified candidates with diverse personal and professional backgrounds. She also coordinates the performance review program and manages the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

With over seven years of HR experience, Ms. Keller is well-versed in benefits administration and employee relations, and has implemented a variety of recruitment strategies to attract and retain quality employees. Prior to joining B&D, Monica was a Human Resources associate at a non-profit in DC, where she streamlined the onboarding process, implemented procedures for employees, and presented organizational policies. Ms. Keller obtained her bachelor degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University, with a minor in Political Science.
