Project Analyst

Mr. McCollum is a project analyst in B&D’s Chicago office. As an analyst, he primarily empowers clients in higher education through research and analytics, establishing vision and informing decision-makers through all phases of the facility development process. His experience at B&D includes campus master planning, real estate market analysis, demographic analysis, and various business development activities. Previously, Mr. McCollum worked for a large New England construction management firm, where he helped oversee the $100 million + renovation of a historic campus center. Prior to joining B&D, Mr. McCollum earned a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, where he had a primary concentration in Economics and a secondary concentration in Social Anthropology. During his time at Harvard, Mr. McCollum was a 4-year letter winner on the football team. Following his senior year, he was awarded the William Paine LaCroix Trophy, which is presented to one senior in recognition of their sportsmanship and loyalty throughout their career.
