MICHAEL BARRY, P.E.

Project Manager

Mr. Barry is a licensed professional engineer and project manager serving as a consultant on the Baltimore City Public Schools $1.1 billion dollar 21st Century Schools Construction Program. In this role, Mr. Barry acts as the owner's representative in managing construction projects with overall responsibility through program verification, design management, procurement, construction administration, commissioning, and project close out.

Prior to joining B&D, Mr. Barry managed capital construction projects for several campuses in the University System of Maryland and has experience in a wide range of projects including higher education facilities, residential facilities, athletic facilities, water/waste water, and storm drainage construction. Mr. Barry graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering/Project Management.
